Donor-Advised Funds: If you have a DAF and want a transformational impact at West Chatham Food Pantry, we recommend making a grant to make a difference.

Planned Giving: Will, Trust, Life Insurance Policy or Retirement Account? By including West Chatham Food Pantry in financial and estate plans, you can help ensure that we will continue to build a community without hunger.

Qualified Charitable Distribution: If you are over 70 ½ years old, donations from your IRA to West Chatham Food Pantry reduce your taxable income and can help meet a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) if you have one.

Stocks or Securities: By donating appreciated assets, you can save on two types of taxed, avoiding capital gains tax and often getting a full deduction for the value of your gift. West Chatham Food Pantry accepts gifts of stocks and securities through Laura M Clapp at Edward Jones. For information on how to make a gift, please call Laura at 919-663-1051.
